What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment.  Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, living room, dusting, etc.  We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you choose your service.

How much will it cost?

We created simple, flat-rate pricing based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. The frequency discount is applied after the first cleaning. Use the booking form to see an instant estimate.

Does the cleaner bring their own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Your cleaner will provide the cleaning supplies and equipment, but they will be happy to accommodate special requests if possible. This includes the use of non-toxic environmentally friendly cleaning products.




Can I request special tasks or extras?

Definitely. You can respond to you confirmation email or log into your account and add comments about your service.

How do I log into my account?

You can login to your account using the link at the bottom of the page.

How do I change my password?

You can submit a password change request on the customer login page at

How do I change my address?

Log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. You can also give us a call and we will update your address for you.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account and update your card on file.  Your new card will automatically be recorded as your default card.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to an existing appointment appointment by logging into your account and entering your gift card code into the booking form. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your balance. You can not apply your coupon to past appointments that are already completed. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.


How do I redeem my gift card?

In most cases you can enter your coupon code directly on the booking form. If you have any issues, please contact us and let us know.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Your trust is very important to us. All cleaners are interviewed in person, provide references, and then must pass a detailed background check.



What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Even with the most thoughtful and careful cleaning professional, sometimes unfortunate accidents happen. If items are damaged or broken, the cleaner will work with you directly to resolve the issue. Surf City Maids Referral Agency does not employ the cleaner referred to you, however your happiness is a top priority.



Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, each Surf City Maids applicant goes through a detailed background check. This is the final step in our interview process.
